How Do You Know You Have BED BUGS?
An easy way to identify bed bug infestation is by looking for bite marks which appear on the face, neck, arms, and hands. However, these bites may take as long as 14 days to develop so it's important not only look for signs of biting but other clues too that might indicate an area has been infested.
These Signs Can Include
- Exoskeletons from when bed bugs shed their skin during molting
- Bed bugs found in sheets with musty odors or in mattress folds
- Rust colored blood spots from the fecal material often excreted by bed bugs onto mattresses and close furniture

To kill bed bugs, you should strip all your bedding and put it in the dryer on high heat for an hour and a half. Do this with everything else as well if possible- including clothes that may have been contaminated by the infestation! You can also protect yourself against future bug invasions by purchasing encasements to place over mattresses or sofas where most of them tend to congregate.
